Autumn Leaf – Shou Sugi Ban Acoustic Wall Panel, Black Felt | 120cm – 280cm

To achieve the sensational look of these panels, pine slats are being carefully charred in a special machine at our facilities. After burning the slats are treated with oil anointment.

The standard size of a wooden acoustic panel is 2400x600x19 mm. The panels, however, are easy to trim down so if the wall is higher or shorter than 2400mm, the panels can simply be sawn to cover the required area.

The base of the product consists of a 7 mm thick black or grey polyester material which is obtained from a plastic recycling process. The material is certified in accordance with the requirements of Global Recycle Standards, does not contain substances harmful to health (e.g. formaldehyde, pentachlorophenol), and corresponds to fire resistance class B-s1-dO.

The decorative wooden slats Due to the individual approach to creation, the thickness of the slat may differ from 10mm to 40mm. They are separated by 13mm gaps and attached to the acoustic felt backing using metal clamps.

The panels are installed using screws, making installation not only fast but also simple.

Materials: Charred and oil-treated pine slats reinforced on acoustic felt.

The maximum offset /error in the panel dimensions is possible within 1 mm.
